High temperature alarm generally appear in the vehicle high speed for a long time, suddenly stop start or idle condition after the alarm, the reason for this may include the following aspects:
(1) the oil level is low, that is, the oil quantity is little, high load operation will cause the loss of the oil temperature, viscosity and low oil pressure alarm.
(2) the operation of the engine cooling system such as the cooler fouling or insufficient cooling fluid can cause the engine working temperature is high, the first great damage to the engine. The second will also cause the loss of the oil temperature of high viscosity and low oil pressure alarm.
(3) the engine gap is too big, bad sealing pressure, or oil pump wear and tear caused by pump outlet pressure is low, also can appear the oil alarm.
(4) to choose lubricating oil is not appropriate, especially the high temperature and low viscosity, shear stability or bad, will cause the loss of viscosity under high load operation, oil alarm.
Gasoline engine oil pressure starting from the start, acceleration, until the normal operation, when there is a long time pressure alarm when stop the machine immediately to check the reason. Think in terms of lubricating oil, should choose higher viscosity grade of lubricating oil or higher quality level of lubricating oil. If the car under alternating conditions and load oil pressure is normal, but a long time, under the high speed and high load of red light, on the pressure gauge shows that oil viscosity-temperature performance is poor.
